Build a mental performance culture, not a one-off talk.
Workshops, coach training, and season-long embedded support for teams, clubs, athletic programs, and organizations. Every engagement is built around the specific needs of your group.
Embedded as the club’s Mental Performance Coach across the season — working with the staff, the group, and individual players.
“Andrew made it simple and efficient for the kids, and told them how to practice these tools and use them on race day. Many of the athletes commented on how beneficial the workshops were and how they continue to use what they were taught. Andrew brought a huge mental component to my team. We’re stronger from this experience.”
What does a mental performance coach do for a team?
A mental performance coach helps a program train the mental side of the game: pressure, mistakes, confidence, and communication. That can be a single workshop, a staff training your coaches can carry forward themselves, or a season-long partnership. The work is with the staff as much as the athletes.
Pick the level of commitment that fits your program.
A mental performance coach on your staff, without a full-time hire.
A season-long mental performance partnership for a team or club. I work alongside your coaching staff throughout the season — attending practices or games as needed, working with players individually and as a group, and helping build a mental performance culture from the inside.
Ideal for programs that want consistent, embedded mental performance support without hiring a full-time staff member.
Team workshops
On-site or virtual mental performance workshops for sports teams at any level — high school, collegiate, club, or professional. Topics include performing under pressure, managing mistakes, team culture, communication, and confidence.
Coach training
Training designed to help coaches recognize when a player’s struggle is mental rather than physical or technical — and give them practical, immediately applicable tools to address it. Builds a shared mental performance language across your staff and program.
Coach consultations
One-off consultations for coaches navigating a specific challenge — a player struggling with confidence, a team in a rut, a culture issue they’re not sure how to address. A focused, solutions-oriented conversation with a mental performance expert.
Speaking engagements
Keynote talks and presentations for clubs, athletic organizations, schools, and professional groups. Topics drawn from sport psychology, mental performance, team culture, and parenting athletes. Available for banquets, parent nights, staff training days, and conferences.
Parent workshops for clubs and parent groups, and training for physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other medical professionals on the psychological side of injury recovery. Both are tailored to the group.
Interested? These are the next steps:
Email or a short call. Tell me the group, the level, and what prompted this.
You’ll get a one-page scope with dates, deliverables, and a fixed fee that you can share with an athletic director or board.
Sessions happen on-site or virtually, on your schedule, with your coaches in the room.
At the end you get a short written summary of what we covered and what I’d recommend next.
Team engagements are invoiced to the club, school, or company. They aren’t clinical services and aren’t billed to insurance. If an individual athlete needs clinical care, that’s a separate referral with its own consent and confidentiality, and what they share stays private.
Because I’m also a licensed clinician, I can tell when a player needs more than performance work and make the right referral.
