Headwaters Coaching Texts

Program. Headwaters Coaching Texts are sent by Headwaters Coaching LLC, operating as Headwaters Coaching & Counseling, to coaching clients who have agreed to receive them. They carry reminders of what you and Andrew agreed in a session and short check-in questions between sessions, some with a link to answer.

How you join

You join on the coaching texts sign-up page: you give your mobile number and tick the text message box, which is never ticked for you. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of coaching. When Andrew enrolls your number you receive a welcome text confirming it.

How often

Message frequency varies: up to 4 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and stopping

Reply HELP to any message for help. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages; you will get one text confirming it and no more after that. Reply START to join again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These texts are not monitored as a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 911 or call or text 988.
