ANDREW BEDNARZIK LCMHC, MA 10+ YEARS IN PRACTICE PRACTICAL, SOLUTIONS-FOCUSED ASHEVILLE + VIRTUAL, STATEWIDE

You started with energy, passion, and a clear sense of purpose — but now your responsibilities have multiplied and it’s taking its toll.

You play so many roles and feel like it’s impossible to do them all well. At work you’re the owner, the marketer, the manager, the problem solver — and the one everyone looks to when things go wrong. At home you’re the partner, the spouse, the parent, the caretaker — the one who’s supposed to show up fully there too.

You’re carrying all of it. And the weight is starting to show. Maybe you feel like you’re doing a lot of things but not doing any of them particularly well. Maybe you’ve lost touch with the passion that got you started. Maybe you know something needs to change but you’re too deep in the weeds to see clearly what it is.

You don’t have to keep running on empty. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

WHAT WE ADDRESS TOGETHER

The patterns underneath the overwhelm.

01Burnout and chronic overwhelm
02Stress that spills over from work into other areas of your life
03The pressure of wearing too many hats — at work and at home
04Loss of purpose and passion for what you do
05Self-doubt and imposter syndrome as a business owner or professional
06Anxiety and the fear of failing or letting people down
07Relationships suffering under the weight of work stress
08Setting boundaries and learning to say no
09Reconnecting with what drives you and building from there

Therapy with me is practical. We’ll work on understanding what’s underneath the patterns that keep you stuck, and build real tools to change them, with a plan we work on together.

I know what it feels like to juggle competing responsibilities, all of which are important — the pressure, the isolation, the self-doubt, and the difficulty of asking for help when you’re the one everyone else relies on.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Why therapy — and why now?

There’s a catch-22 that a lot of driven people fall into: the busier and more overwhelmed they get, the less likely they are to slow down and get support. Because slowing down feels like falling behind. But stepping back to get clear and build a real plan is one of the most efficient things you can do. It leads to purposeful action instead of spinning wheels.

PROOF

Why there are no testimonials here.

I don’t ask therapy clients for testimonials. People share things in therapy they haven’t told anyone else, and I want that space to stay private.

The best way to get a sense of how I work is the free 20-minute call, with no obligation to continue.

SECOND THOUGHTS

You might be thinking…

01 “I don’t have time for one more commitment.”

The feeling of not having enough time is exactly what I can help with. And the irony is that taking this time tends to create more of it — through clarity, better boundaries, and more intentional use of your energy.

02 “I can’t afford another expense.”

I take insurance for therapy services, which may significantly reduce your out of pocket cost. And consider this: the cost of not addressing burnout — in lost productivity, strained relationships, and declining health — is almost always higher than the cost of getting support.

03 “I’m not sure I’m comfortable going to a therapist.”

That’s more common than you might think — especially among high achievers who are used to figuring things out on their own. My job is to create an environment where you feel at ease. You’re always in control of what you share and how deep we go.

04 “I need to be taking action, not talking to someone.”

This is the catch-22 that many driven people get into. It feels counterintuitive to slow down when you’re already behind. But stepping back to get clear and make a real plan leads to far more efficient, purposeful action than pushing harder in the wrong direction.

Looking for business coaching rather than therapy?

In addition to therapy, I work with a small number of clients on business coaching — helping entrepreneurs get clear on their purpose, identify what’s holding their business back, and build the systems and habits to move forward. If that’s what you’re looking for, mention it on your discovery call and we’ll talk about whether it’s a good fit.
